This blog is offered as a forum within which events to promote and celebrate the Traditional Catholic Latin Liturgy can be organised in the North of England. The idea emerged during conversations at the 2010 Low Week Latin Mass Society training course at Ushaw College.

(Just in case anyone missed this news/story): 1962 Missale Romanum reprint (now a photo of the cover!)

Shamelessly lifted from Jon Sonnen's blog, here's a link (below) to an amazingly hi-resolution mega-zoom enabled image of the cover of the "new" 1962 altar missal as re-published by Libreria Editrice Vaticana on February 10th 2010. Just keep zoom-clicking the image. As far as I am aware this is the first cover photo "doing the rounds". The sheer quality of the binding appears to be there for all to see. Priced at €210 (£180-ish?). So, when in Rome...

A wonderful occasion. The choir and orchestra of Louth Grammar school under the direction of Andrew Shaw did a fine job with the Haydn Mass. About 150 in attendance. Thanks to Jeremy Boot for the photos.

Shopping for Vestments

Try http://www.chasubles.eu/ . A Polish seller whom I have found very reliable. The opposite is one of several Roman low Mass sets I have bought from him. His prices are more than reasonable.
