This blog is offered as a forum within which events to promote and celebrate the Traditional Catholic Latin Liturgy can be organised in the North of England. The idea emerged during conversations at the 2010 Low Week Latin Mass Society training course at Ushaw College.

Ascension Day Mass, St Mary's Brigg

Solemn High Mass at St Mary's Brigg on Ascension Day, Thursday May 13th, 7pm. The ordinary will be sung to the Missa Sancti Ioannis a Deo by F.J. Haydn and is being performed by the choir and orchestra of King Edward VI Grammar School, Louth, directed by Andrew Shaw. Singers for the Gregorian Schola and Servers are welcome. Clergy attending include Fr Dominic O'Connor the parish priest, Fr John Cahill and the Reverend Mr Hunter. Richard Hawker is acting as MC.
