This blog is offered as a forum within which events to promote and celebrate the Traditional Catholic Latin Liturgy can be organised in the North of England. The idea emerged during conversations at the 2010 Low Week Latin Mass Society training course at Ushaw College.

All change in Scunthorpe

Fr Cahill is being moved from Holy Souls' Church, Scunthorpe to take up a new appointment as parish priest of St Peter's, Leicester. Fr O'Connor at St Mary's Brigg has kindly agreed to keep the weekly Sunday Mass in this region going. It will however require a change of time and venue.

From Sunday 21st August 2011 there will be a weekly Sunday Mass in the usus antiquior at St Mary's Brigg at 5 pm

The last 3 pm Sunday Mass at Holy Souls' Scunthorpe will be offered on Sunday 14th August

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by these changes.
